Here are some instructions to use the website:
1. Enter Registration Number printed in the  Bill as  User Name
2. Enter Web Password printed in the Bill as Password
3. For Corporates : Please use Login ID and Password provided by Chanre Diagnostic Laboratory to access the reports
4. Reports are available in Acrobat PDF format, please download the Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com for free of cost to open the reports
